Data collected in the online booking process is required for the management of accommodation.
We share this information with:
- The hotels or the real estate agencies concerned to organize your accommodation.
- The event’s organizer for security and management purposes.
- The service providers that need this to provide you services like transportation, ticketing, etc.
In accordance with the requirements of European Regulation No. 2016/679 relating to data, files and freedoms, the personal data collected on the bnetwork site are the subject of a declaration to the Delegate for the Protection of data (DPO) from bnetwork. The data thus collected will not be assigned, exchanged or rented to a third party.
